RVHS: that 3 year campus we stayed in.

it’s high time to blog!

dont mind me, but i’ll set this post to be posted on 30/10

due to certain circumstances (mainly my laziness) i didn’t blog on that day.

anyway, i started to collect pictures about this place that i have spent almost 3 friggin years in. and here are some of the unforgettable places and incidents that i hope i wont forget (ironical).

here goes.

1. the 肃静 on the pillar just beside our 3b classroom.

 

why is this so unforgettable? because that time i brought yueyu to our classroom and when she saw the su jing she laughed o_O

and one more interesting thing is that, this 肃静 is absolutely 忽略 (neglected) by the people who are in the corridors.

students are forgiven (because they are noisy to begin with) but teachers also made noises in that area (oops)

when we’re having class tests and stuffs, they will be two female teachers from the chinese department and started laughing loudly and walk into the staff room (classroom JUST beside staffroom).

not that i want to accuse or anything but i just find this phenomenon interesting.

and duh, we dont have to mention how fking noisy 3b’09 is.

you can practically hear failed attempts at “shhhhing” every 15 second intervals.

or in the first half of the year, you can always hear kelly’s classic line :

SILENCE IS GOLDEN.

which somehow had travelled up the aircon tunnels into the staff’s room. ^^

oh. and of course, dont forget  how many times mr bryan tan has to come to our class and started to scream at the chairpersons due to our inconsideration

why can’t you all just shut the huack up?

2. Conference Room

and also, dont forget this room, that is just BESIDE our classroom!

dont judge a book by its cover! its not just a random room with people inside!

VIPS FROM OUTSIDE SCHOOL ALWAYS COMES TO THIS PLACE FOR MEETINGS.

what does this means?

we’re always getting chased out of the classroom (not surprising due to our noise level).

but there are fond memories too!

that big piece of windows. serve as a temporary mirror to see if you hair has gone out of place or sth.

3. PSA & NOL Building

even though this is not part of the school, but its one of the TRADEMARK of what you can see from school LOL.

i want to thank this building, cause they are my 心灵上的寄托。

everytime i feel like dying (mostly due to 2.4km) i will look up at the buildings, and start to wonder would it be more exciting to slide down from PSA or the NOL building. (can’t decide till now. one more steep but one taller)

also, i would like to thank them for having so many windows.

so that i can count them and distract myself during PE.

LOL wth.

oh yeah and its the no.1 place we would think of after getting back our GPA

4. macdonalds/kfc table.

best place to go regardless of summer or winter LOL.

or even better, during free periods.

you can come here to 打屁, or chiong/copy homework (i nvr did that) and just have a quick nap.

cause the 3b classroom is frigggggggin cold, we always chiong out of classroom to thaw in between lessons.

whatever. i didn’t get the chance to get the whole view cause i started chatting with taikee after i took a few pictures only.

oh ya, not to forget, taikee, after 3 years of education in rvhs, finally realised that our school building is painted of our school colours, red white and blue. congratulations!

5. the school hall and the school moto, 立德立功，化愚化顽

(sorry for the lousy picture cause mrs look is down at the hall – i’m in the gallery)… and i scared uknowwho behind.

okay this 8 words is rather fascinating. first thing i stared at when i walked into rv school hall (buy uniforms lah haha)

and the thing i stared at on the first day cause basically i was too nervous to look elsewhere (and not to forget i bite my lips till theres a mark on it and i had to continue biting it for the rest of the day cause it was swollen)

6. school side-gate and zebra crossing

nothing in particular. just very happy when i leave this place on school days.

7. the bald bird.

sorry about the fantastic quality of the photo.

you can call this bird the 镇店之宝，or even the 吉祥物 of the rv campus LOL (dont forget the cat and the pile of dung in the DANGER zone)

this fellow and another bald bird are always together in action, and like kena condemned by other birds.

thats like damn sad.

and they had tried to build a nest below the science lab but always failed and the twigs they got were always washed down by the rain and land on the blue thing the bird above is on.

anyway, just to dedicate this little section to them, and i want to tell them sorry for always boo-ing you and i’ll miss you D:

okay thats all folks. theres lots of other places i wont forget duh, like the endless lectures spent in the lts, the foyer, the canteen (although not too much) and of course the performing arts block.

oh and not to forget the coolio scenery behind the school, the buhddist music playing in the morning, the lightning risk alert signal, and those rounded light bulbs.

the computer labs, the science labs, the music room, the dnt room, the library and all those stuffs.

see, if i were to make a dedication to all those above, it’ll prolly take days.

and after the prize presentation ceremony, ms ek did a ppt on the history of RV. didn’t know there was so much history behind it, and i think i know the school a little bit better now.

i still remember the first time i even know the existent of rv is when i passed by its west coast campus.

it was quite rundown, and i can only remember bits of blue and white. my mom pointed it out and say that was a school my friend wanted to study in.

and i never ever expected myself to get into rv o_O

long story.

and then theres this dedication of the rv alumni.

seriously i’m super touched. if i were them, i really couldn’t be bothered to work so hard, raise funds, all for the benefits of my future juniors, or even the later generations. 他们真的好伟大。

anyway thats all,another 1000 word blog post for ya.

stop saying i only spam kpop videos luh!

when i serious in blogging its ALWAYS a lot of words one kay!
